LIMA: "EL SEÑOR DE LOS MILAGROS"

Lima becomes purple in October in honor of the "Señor de los
Milagros" (Miracle's Lord), which image is venerated since three
centuries ago.
1st Day - LIMA
Reception at Jorge Chavez Airport, and transfer to the hotel. Lodging.
Free day for personal activities.
2nd Day - LIMA
Continental Breakfast. At fixed time, a member of the HADA TOURS staff
will guide you to the Nazarenas church. There we will join the
multitudinous procession that carry on its shoulder a copy of the picture
of the "Señor de los Milagros". This church was built in
Pachacamilla town, during the viceroyal century. Descendant of black
slaves from Angola - Africa lived in this town. One of these descendants
painted the picture of the "Señor de los Milagros" in 1650. In
order to stay as long as you would like to, the return to your hotel is by
yourselves.
We will invite you to taste the famous "Turron de Doña Pepa",
traditional Lima's dessert that is prepared specially for this month. This
is a courtesy from HADA TOURS as well as the purple habit worn in this
month.
3rd
Day - LIMA /………
Continental breakfast. At fixed time, transfer to the airport to your
international or domestic flight.
Days of procession: 18th, 19th and 28th of October.
